I am facing this issue too. It happened when I tried to lock my screen(Win+L).
I was using Chrome when the issue happened, the system would not respond to the above command initially. I clicked on the screen(the bookmark pop was open) a few times and tried the command again and it finally got locked. When I tried to unlock my system I saw the terminal for a few seconds before the login screen. This happens everytime when I try to unlock the screen now. $ lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available.
