The 2 reports are not entirely related. But I hope this report is only
limited to the scope of 69-language-selector-zh-tw.conf. The case for
Hong Kong is more serious, in that *none* of the fonts described above
have enough coverage of Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set
The bug 1173571 is about using which font as default for zh-tw, but all
of the fonts discussed there have more or less complete coverage for zh-
tw. Here I'm talking about font *not* complete for zh-hk but pretend to
be so. And yes, I do wish WenQuanYi be removed as title.

Public bug reported:
Currently the only font in Ubuntu supporting (or close enough) Hong Kong
Supplementary Character Set is Uming HK. WenQuanYi was claiming it
supports zh-hk, but in reality it is done with fontconfig deceiving.
In HKSCS charset definition dated 2004, there are 4941 characters.

It has been said very clearly that a

devel/2008-February/025065.htmlslocate would be removed/a. Don't
expect anything to be 'fixed' if the intention is to drop it completely.
Though I have not much idea why the final result is to add mlocate
instead.
Of course, because the fix is completely irrelevent to CVS-2007-6318,
which is not fixed even after WordPress 2.3.3. The fix is against
another vuln instead:

No, don't expect gnuchess package maintainer would do anything, since
there is nothing wrong with gnuchess package. It's gnome-games

Btw, it is completely useless to file bug report about gnuchess. Ubuntu
people won't give a damn about it. Move the bug to gnome-games instead,
or anything that bears with name gnome. Filing to gnuchess wastes
time.

The new chess game inside gnome-games IS glchess. gnome-games wants to
be self-contained, so it included the whole gnuchess inside its own
source, with just very minor modifications.
Right now they should have been able to coexist perfectly together, I

Very interesting. With bad extension or bad config file, Apache would
die on reload but still keep running on restart? That's new discovery.
