This is actually a bug, not a question. The touchpad on Dell XPS 13 9343 sometimes behaves strangely on SOME applications (eg nautilus, evince etc), but NOT chromium for example. It produces clicks when being touched to move (nautilus), or drags the document instead of just moving the pointer (evince).
