Every time a linux (not only natty) upgrades to upower 0.9.8.x polkit crashes
on my machine. I found it in open(anotherDistro) 11.4 the same way. Before
upgrading to natty today everything worked fine. I looked at the version in
Maverick of upower before i upgraded.
That upower 0.9.8. seems to be the worst thing i've ever seen; i'm angry on
that 'cause i've a deja-vu to another OS. They built up their work the same way.

BTW: Under the other linux-distro not only policy kit crashed - my monitor was
flickering every 30 seconds too. Google that "upowerd flickering every 30
seconds" etc. and you get hundreds of bugreports on upower(d) 0.9.8.x in
combination with the polkit-crash.
Take upower out or downgrade to a version like 0.9.7.x and you're done.
