Yes with gpg everything works fine. I'm using the cmdl for uploading keys because gpa is not working for me. I also configured a keyserver (keyserver.noreply.org or hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com) in my gpg.conf and gpa also tries to send to it but as I told I always get the error Invalid Argument.
