Haven't experience the Problem sence Beta 1 of 10.04. Would love to verify

Tried manually un-installing the supplied nvidia drivers via synaptic
and installing them via Nvidia's installer. Nvidia's installer fails to
Initialise Xorg properly. Also The hardware Driver program no longer
recognises the existence of the Nvidia video card on my system.
