I had the location indicator freak out for me on OTA10.1 but not a clean
flash of OTA 11 (rc-proposed). The only difference was in 10.1 I
actually played with each of the options in the welcome wizard. In OTA11
I just left the settings as-is.

Ok, now this is interesting. Looks like probably not a kernel bug but
perhaps network manager?
Installed the updated upstream kernel deb, suspended, waited, woke the
laptop.
I'd been assuming the network was broken because (as you can see from
the screenshot) network manager shows no connection

Updated my retail bq E4.5 phone to OTA-7.
Opened Music app and saw no music. Tailed mediascanner log, found it
repeatedly scanning my music over and over. This causes high cpu, high
IO, increased disk usage through logging and locks the database so Music
app is unusable.
I have experienced this without having done a unity --replace. It's just
broken. I'm unable to drag full screen or maximised windows from one
workspace to another.

This is known and currently intentional until we come back to work on
the tablet form factor and side stage interactions. Until then you can
probably undo this change on your own device by modifying /etc/ubuntu-
touch-session.d/flo.conf and rebooting, but if it breaks you get to keep

On my rc-proposed krillin, mediascanner is crashing constantly, this
causes apport to run and is eating up my cpu and thus battery. I can't
find any log that's got any clues.

The result of this was the watchdog would see the crashes and reboot the
