With the latest evo packages:
$ sudo apt-get install evolution-mapi
...
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
evolution-mapi : Depends: libexchangemapi-1.0-0 (= 3.1) but it is not
installed
Depends: libexchangemapi-1.0-0 ( 3.2) but it is not installed
I've got it to grow up to 3Gb...

As stated in comment #9 (and I experienced this myself) this solution
doesn't fix the problem. More then that, the fact that it doesn't fix it
is the what the bug is about.

Workaround did not work for me, but I found another one - remove all
installed version of xulrunner. After this binary distribution from
eclipse.org works.

I do see this problem too. It seems to be a very old problem, bug
#254369 describes it too, has no solution, recent comments and is open
for 1.5y now
Checked with udevadm monitor - exactly same behavior.
