As summary, the shadow of the unity panel can be seen in the foreground while
viewing full-screen videos.
This happens with local videos played by Totem, and web video, for example
YouTube with Flash.
Sometimes clicking on the video hides the shadow, but other times not.
When an appindicator is opened, the dashboard isn't showing when the
shortcut pressed!

When I open Friends app, its window is too high, making it go out of the
screen. I must use Alt+click to move the window and resize it.

1. Yes, It's reproducible (only in Maverick);
2. resizing the window by one of the corner handles to a size of approximately
5x1, and continuing to hold down the mouse button.
