another one moment:
1) open update-manager
2) get error (alert with 3 options 'Restart program', 'Report a bug', 'Cancel')
3) go to terminal and try to run sudo apt-get update
this is what I have:
$ sudo apt-get update

Now apport show 'Application problem' dialog box with Sorry, Ubuntu One
closed unexpectedly each 6 seconds.

No changes was maded by hand in portmap. System was upgraded from 10.10, may be
