I contacted a maintainer of digikam and he suggested to compile a new
gphoto2-2.5 and digikam-2.9
All works now, as expected (thumbnails are showed)

After playing a sound file or a video, the left mouse button is like always
pressed while not. The right mouse button works normally.
After restarting the graphical session, everything works normal again.

I disabled my soud card (onboard) and everythings worked well. I didn't
have any problem. So it has to do something with the sound system or

I attached a mouse with different branding, a Microsoft mouse.
Previously, I had attached a logitech mouse.
Since then, the problem doesn't occour at all.
But what's the difference between a microsoft mouse and a logitech mouse? Is it

I found out, that it is due to the flash player. Each time I launch a video in
youtube, afteer a few moments, the mouse doesn't click anymore->no response to
clicking.

After a while (randomly), KDE stops reponding. The mouse still moves, but
clicking on a widget doesn't work. The only thing I could do, is pressing
CTRL-Alt-F2. in the console, everything works fine.

But I have also the same phenomena on my laptop: A Dell Inspiron 6400
and it has an intel GM9xx Graphicscard. So I think the problem is not
due by the restricted driver, because this driver is fuly open-

the writer master (IDE). I have done so and now, it works. This error was

The most recent version is 7.10 Beta.
The strangest is that this error only appears on every DELL Poweredge 2500 PC,
in other PC's, the CD turns right.
I also tested the alternate version, but here also the CD hangs in the module
libc6-udeb.
I also tried with different boot parameters suc
