I was able to reproduce this problem, but only if there were less than 1ms
between LCD updates (that's 1000 FPS). With more sane update speed I could see
no flickering. Therefore I'm marking this bug as incomplete.

Actually /dev/input/uinput not found is just a warning, which could be
ignored. The bug is that post-installation script fails if g15daemon
fails to start (e.g. when G15 keyboars is not present).

jobs if I want to increase hard limits. So far I haven't found any way to
increase hard limits for user jobs.
I think, when starting a user job, upstart should apply limits from limits.conf
using PAM or directly.

I've understood, why it is not starting. It takes some time for bridge
interface (br0) to start up, and danted is being started when br0 is not
ready. So it's not danted nor upstart problem, sorry.

Thats what I've found. br0 needs 15 seconds for initialization (between
learning and forwarding stages), and start networking waits until
bridge is ready before returning. With old init it wasn't a problem,
because all tasks were started sequentially, but AFAIK upstart starts
jobs in parallel,

I have same issue in 10.04. Openvpn server doesn't start automatically on
system boot, but it starts when I run 'sudo /etc/init.d/openvpn start'. Looks

I have a similar problem. There is Front channel which I set as master
channel. But when I try to change volume with keyboard wheel, volume of
PCM channel is changed instead. The volume display in the middle of the
screen shows Front channel though. Mute key works correctly.
