It seems these dependencies are actually libs included in package libpango1.0-0
See reference from Ubuntu :
http://packages.ubuntu.com/raring/amd64/libpango1.0-0/filelist
In the end, installing gnome 3.8 from ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 is not possible at
the momen
