Thanks for the advice, I installed the following kernel: linux-image-3.2.0-50-generic_3.2.0-50.76pre201307100400_amd64.deb from here: http://ppa.launchpad.net/kernel-ppa/pre-proposed/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux/ and the server is working properly. As far s I understand this bug is already is fixed
