Thanks for the advice, I installed the following kernel:
linux-image-3.2.0-50-generic_3.2.0-50.76pre201307100400_amd64.deb from here:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/kernel-ppa/pre-proposed/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux/ and
the server is working properly.
As far s I understand this bug is already is fixed

Our server is working fine with kernel release: linux-image-3.2.0-45-generic or
older and with the mainline kernel:
linux-image-3.2.48-030248-generic_3.2.48-030248.201306291335_amd64.deb
But when i reboot the server with Ubuntu kernels: 3.2.0-48 or 3.2.0-49 the
network
the apport command timeouts but i attached the log files
