I have update to the pre-released xen kernel (2.6.22-14-38) update, and
its seems as i can better point out where I'm getting my kernel panic
now.
$ strace -Ff -tt xend-create-image --hostname test --dhcp

When I'm trying to setup my 'dc=linux,dc=local' with dpkg-reconfigure slapd
When it parse the configuration its just 'dc=linux' in my configurations.
When I'm installing slapd package it gives never the dialog how I want my dc
name setup, I notest it grab the string 'search'
I have also tried with different dist=options and it seems to die
after debootstrap.

After(1 - 10 min) debootstrap it gives me a kernel panic.

I have done a base install on my ubuntu gutsy and there is a missing dep for
python-central, when I'm trying to 'apt-get install ubuntu-xen-server'.
xm list, gives me some error about python (gettext, xenAPI).
