Can anybody help me clarifying the state in the ubuntu packages for

I'm running a Xenial with Newton OpenStack on s390x. I have the
following nova-common package installed: 2:13.0.0-0ubuntu2.
I must admit I don't understand all the projects that are listed above.

16.04. Is that right?
