This should actually be a priority for canonical-server. The support for
bcache comes as a priority across all parts of the company and this is
part of the features that curtin will support for this cycle.

You can't increase the timeout or retry attempts. However, this seems to
be like a BMC issue. Can you please retry this with maas 1.8.1 in ppa
