Steps to reproduce
Attempt to look at a message in a [gmail]/all messages/ that contains
many(this folder has something like 66000 messages), and try to open one
while the folder is still getting headers.
Both operations fail.

I'm having the same issue, it seems to be caused by my previous home
directory files. I do find it kinda ridiculous that I can't upgrade and
keep my home partition. Isn't that the point of the home partition.
