Public bug reported: Chrome, Chromium, Slack, Zoom, and VS Code all exhibit extreme flickering, ghosting, screen tearing, and general artifacting while hardware acceleration is enabled. Disabling hardware accelerations in those applications resolved this issue. This only started after I ran the
