I just got this on 12.10.
I'd just uninstalled empathy, installed pidgin and rebooted.

telepathy-indicator crashed with SIGSEGV in
I tried to restart telepathy-indicator from a terminal and got the following:

From the look of the homepage (http://swiftweasel.tuxfamily.org/)
there's not been an update to swiftweasel in over 2 years.
Should this bug just be deleted - it looks as though swiftweasel is
pretty much dead.

I also found the same typo in tools/omfile.c so I've included that patch
too.
