Just tried to activate fglrx in Hardware Drivers, it's downloaded and

well, that screenshot was just for example.
I'm in russia, see screenshots, I can select Penza as city, and can't select
Perm, and there is just one airport listed and i'm not at that region. I just
want select a city. Airport is outside the city.
3rd scenshot shows St. Petersburg, this city

I have the same bug in gutsy on my sony vaio laptop (MATSHITA DVD), in
feisty i were able to write dvd+r:
