This is because modems behave differently. Some modems allow calling
org.ofono.SimManager.UnlockPin without requiring the SIM to be unlocked
(via EnterPin) first, and some modems dont
What's happening here is that olga's device (krillin?) would require the
modem to be unlocked (EnterPin) first.
kevin: if the final solution changes the semantics how the switch-items
behave regarding to GActions, then please reopen this bug for i-network
and i-location so that we can update the code.

reached it means that the indicator crashes constantly upon starting and
that's _bad_.
This bug was reported before the i-network branch was part of the
landing.
There are two bugs in one on this: one is about flightmode crashing
I would say none of the components should ever hit the respawn limit.
There is a fix on away that should remedy this situation for i-network.
But as I said, I'm haven't had any recent reports of i-network hitting
the respawn limit. So, I will mark this as incomplete and close it if
nobody reports

this is due to the change in urfkill now blocking on fligtmode. the
indicator needs to be adjusted accordingly.

There are actually three separated issues discussed there. First one is
the original reported problem where URfkill was not updating killswitch
states properly. That has been fixed.
The second one is about the icon which actually is nm-no-connection which
unfortunately looks like a wifi icon.

This is about ofono setting an invalid value to the NetworkRegistration
Status property.
The reason why indicator-network seems to crash here is that I'm intentionally
throwing an exception that nobody will catch and cause the service to generate
an apport report so that:
- A) if the indicator
