On the latest release of Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx all of these problems
are gone, but I did install the 32bit version on a partition of its own.

Bugs,
I've had a problem with both Jaunty and Karmic now, the shutdown in all
ways does a restart the only way to shutdown the pc is to do shutdown
-H now and then power it off manually by pushing the switch button for
5 seconds. Tried everything so far, and the problem still exist.

My bluetooth does not work on Ubuntu even though it is listed in 'dmesg'

oh btw, the 64 bit ubuntu was installed on its own partition, as for
this 32bit ubuntu i used wubi for it. Just thought it would be helpful
to have more info.

1st, yes Sometimes it restarts the system and i tried as much as
possible to recreate the bug but i couldnt find its procedure, i don't
know when it happens, which is weird. and using the terminal the system
shutdown perfectly, actually thats what im using more often to shut it
down. i'll keep

i have an AMD/ATI laptop with the 64 bit ubuntu 9.04 BETA version, i
have problems with the shutdown button under the username. When pressed
it does not always shutdown but sometimes it restarts the system, so i
have to login to windows to shutdown properly.
