It does not crash for me. Since the wallpaper is pretty big, it takes some
times, and CPU, before been totally loaded, but I have no crash.
Using the same version of Firefox as you.
Do you have a crash each time you open the file?
Try with Firefox in safe mode (firefox -safe-mode).
