Sorry to ping everyone here, but I'm facing the same on bionic while it
was okay in xenial.
The env variables HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY are correctly exported, but
it seems that bionic do not use them anymore.
What are the hints for possible fix? I see that the two affected
packages are INVALID
Sorry it was indeed not clear.
It is the file /etc/init.d/apache-htaccess that should (IMO) source the
/etc/default/apache-htcacheclean file.

Public bug reported:
Hi,
On ubuntu 16.04.2, with 2.4.18-2ubuntu3.2
Apache2 apache-htcache clean service init script define some config values:
# Default values. Edit /etc/default/apache-htcacheclean to change these
HTCACHECLEAN_SIZE="${HTCACHECLEAN_SIZE:=300M}"
Well it seems that in fact it's not related to this, but any vboxfs does
not work for me with the latest ubuntu/xenial64 box (20160930).

Title:
I still have problem using shared folder mounted in my home with latest
box v20160925.0.0
The global "/vagrant" shared folder works, but not a subfolder that I'm
trying to mount as a subfolder of my home.
