Affects me "sometimes" (today for example), I am using fully patched
ubuntu 12.10 on a AMD powered Netbook.
Furthermore the symptoms range from:
a) Works properly
b) Full screen works, but active window doesn't
c) All screenshots are just the background.

packages (I use AMD C-50 based tablet so I have to run 32 bit executables).

a) Tried starting offline
b) Tried disabling plugins (both at startup using the command line, and using
gui)
c) Upgraded to the latest ppa build
