After upgrading to Plasma 5.4.2, the right mouse button doesn't work
anymore on the desktop (e.g., to add a panel) or on panels (e.g. to
remove a panel). I'm running a mix of 15.04 and 15.10.
Expected behaviour: a pop-up menu with various options

Note that the problem is rather serious on Ubuntu 11.04, as it is not
possible to use older drivers as a workaround. The new Natty xorg-
packages use ABI 10.0, which is only supported by the nVidia drivers >=
270.41.06.

Ah, the first report from a non-Nvidia user! This effectively rules out
the possibility that the problem lies within the nvidia driver, it
definitely seems to be a problem with Compiz or X...

Actually I'm not using the nvidia driver from
linux-restricted-modules-2.6.22 anymore, but the one provided by NVidia
itself (v100.14.23). The problem still exists, which makes it either a
general NVidia issue (but then much more people should be complaining)
or an xorg issue. Since this is not cle
