Magnifier blurry - should be using nearest neighbor scaling

The magnifier blurs the image when it should be pixel sharp. I recommend
using nearest neighbor interpolation, or at least having an option for

Enhanced Zoom Desktop has no effect for me except that it makes the
mouse cursor disappear. The mouse cursor comes back when I press my zoom
out key combo.
