For me, both c+, (c and comma) and c+' (c and apostrophe) produce ç (c
with cedilla), which means that there is no possibility of entering ć (c
with acute) with composition, as far as I can see, and it adds
inconsistencies (composing with apostrophe to produce acute versions
generally works well).
I should probably add that I am on Ubuntu 12.04.1 with Unity and using a
German keyboard layout, but the US English keyboard layout (US
International, alternative) seems to have the same problem.
Also, activating dead keys, using acute plus c, I get ç, not ć.
(Should this go to a different bug,
Also on a T410. When using n connections, my router (Speedport 504V,
Type A) gets so confused that after some seconds, the T410's and all
other connections are cancelled and the router takes some minutes to
regain composure. Deactivating n, everything works well.

For me, complilation of subversion works if I install libneon27-gnutls-
dev and make distclean and then configure again.
(If the package mentioned above is installed, neon uses gnutls, I
guess.)

The same error (message) can be produced by using Open - File (or
Ctrl-O). Giving a file name at the command line works, though.
