I just had this issue, with the latest Unity in quantal archives. It
seems to have been caused by a nautilus crash or failure to start

Those errors aren't critical, and they shouldn't be the sole reason for
the failure of Unity for you.
First, how are you running unity? Try running unity in a terminal, if
that doesn't help then try unity --replace. If that doesn't work, then
try unity --reset which should hopefully fix
I'm not able to reproduce this either, Intel GPU. Seems ATI-only, yeah.

Moreover, that bug is from Unity 5.2, so major differences in the

The stacktrace is lacking key details, unfortunately. It could probably
be because newer versions of glib/gdbus have rectified this problem. Can
you file a new bug report if this happens again? That would generate a
new stacktrace, which would hopefully be clearer than this.
