After a recent clean install of ubuntu 12.04 amd64 on my system i now have this
error.
Constant disconnections and flakyness, and i get no message of connection being
lost.
Didn't have any problem before, probably because of correct driver
getting loaded.

I'm experiencing the same issue, but since the system completely locks
up i'm not sure how i could help diagnose the problem.
Currently i'm just unmounting the disks to avoid this bug.
Haven't tried updating the kernel since i prefer to use the tested
versions.

I also get this problem after the recent update to 11.04.
It seems to be blocking connections and i can setup policies that function but
it doesn't show any blocked events.
It was working properly before on maverick.
