Yes. I now have a working driver.
I added the following line to drivers/staging/rt2870/rt2870.h:
{USB_DEVICE(0x1737,0x0070)}, /* Linksys */
[I ended up recompiling the entire kernel using the instructions found
in the community documentation
By the way, I just remembered the disclaimer on the Kernel Compile Page.
Thus, I wanted to mention that I performed the kernel rebuild after I
filed the bug report. (And then, I only did so in order to verify that
the one line fix would work.)
