Yes, deactivating GAL server autocompletion solves the problem. I tried it 5
times, reproducing both good and bad
behaviour. Seems that option Autocompletion - Global Address list
regardles if set or unset

Same as above:
Evolution completely freezes when editing new mail message. Sometimes it even
comes back to life after some seconds, then stays up a few seconds so I am able
to type, and then again freezes completely. Using only one Exchange account.
I'd say critical.
