I'm having the same problem, except I've tried multiple different wired
USB keyboards and none have worked.

I also just encountered this same issue. After installing evolution-
mapi and attempting to add an Exchange 2007 account, everything appeared
to authenticate and save successfully, except the account never actually
appeared
