upgrade to 2.31.91-0ubuntu2 had fixed this issue. Try the update, and

Hmm, current code only has telepathy-logger in recommends not depends.
I wonder if it will need to be put depends to make sure it gets
installed.

Is telepathy logger installed? Maybe it's looking for it and it can't
find it? There's a bug about not having telepathy logger installed,
could be related?
