I am also suffering from this, since the latest update.
I have a "internal" encypted drive whch is now not recognised and I can
only mount it by issueing the cryptsetup and mount command myself,
Previously it would appear in "places" and then I could click on it to
mount it (and put in the key).
I'm not experiencing any particular problems with the system, a couple
of updates have occurred without incident since.

Failure when doing
Just realised this was triggered by me trying to install WIne (1.3) from
the s/W centre.
I finally installed 1.2 without any trouble.

Title:
9.10 Install on eepc 900a,
Public bug reported:
The dialog during the install that asks for a user id photo/picture is
too large for the eeepc 900a screen. The "continue" button only
projects onto the bottom of the screen by about 1/8th inch! Difficult
to press (I did finally manage it more by luck).
** Affects: ubuntu
I can also confirm I am using the nvidia proprietary driver (actually
the "one before" version, because the "current" version gives me blank
screens occasionally).
All worked fine on 10.10.
