Public bug reported: The input method text entry will not allow the hangul key (a key designed to be used as a input method switching key) to be used to switch the input method. This also affects a number of other non- English keyboards that have an input switching key on their keyboard.

Korean keyboards have a hangul key on the keyboard, it is in the location of the right alt key on a us keyboard. The key is supposed to be a toggle key to switch between Korean characters and Latin characters. Previously (Ubuntu 12.10 and before) you were able to set this key to switch input
