Seeing much the same with 16.04 on an Intel NUC with a Skylake i5 6260U,
and a Samsung 950 NVME, with the default kernel or 4.6-rc7. (I've been
tracking the 4.6 RC's and this behavior has been apparent in each.)
Running powertop with no tuning option shows all usage confined to C2
(pc2).

Seeing thiis today in a MATE install (ISO date 20 April). UEFI install
with correct partitioning. Both third-party and updates optons were
*not* selected. "Debian in UEFI mode" displayed after partitioning and
on top "Where Are You?" panel. Does not respond to clicks.

On Kubuntu 16.04, searches in Krunner do not return Kmail messages.
(IMAP account)
File search and all Plasma searches are enabled.
In Kmail, "Download All Messsages for Offline Use" is enabled.
In Kmail, "Folder Properties -> Maintenance" shows "Enable Full Text

Wily: No Dash
Identical behavior in today's Vivid and Gnome dailes. It wanted to
bring in 177 additional packages, almost entirely KDE and QT.
Wouldn't that all be invisible to someone using Software Center? I.e.,
they'd install Liferea and end up with most of KDE, as well.

Kwallet was initially silent after the install, with no prompts for
passwords. However, in a subsequent new session, a Kwallet popup did
request a password when I launched KMail. I cancelled the request.
