Short version: fixed locally, not a bug; /lib/lsb/init-functions.d/20
-left-info-blocks got overwritten (Probably when creating an image of
the hard drive) with some log info causing kernel upgrades to fail.
Long version:
This should probably be discarded; somehow, when I made a duplicate of the
Public bug reported:
stuck in a loop where the image, headers, signed image extras, etc can't
be forced installed or forced removed because the others aren't
configured. Can boot OK from the previous version, 3.19.0-20-generic

I had a similar problem, it quit the install because the tiny terminal screen
from the update window from the software center didn't have enough room for
the license (I saw a message about the terminal not being big enough briefly).
Editing /var/lib/dpkg/status (via sudo), removing the ttf-msc
re-installing, removing not working, haven't yet sat and figured out how
to manually remove it. Ubuntu 13.04 (new install, not an upgrade).
