As the package will show, I am on a 64bit Ubuntu install, which I
believe is the real issue. No flash support for 64 bit.

I'm just another person confirming that modifying the /etc/hosts with
the IP address and name of the DCs seems to be correcting this.
Is it because our PTR records are misconfigured (saying Windows is
providing name resolution)? just checked; nope. Curious but fixed..

The file from that particular day (regarding 2nd crash reported) is no
longer available. However, I just crashed again and I've attached
"todays" crash file. Although I believe the bug report will have this
information I'm adding to the ticket these extra notes:
