I have the same issue on Ubuntu with Windows 10 dual boot and kernel
5.4.0
More info:
System:Host: Kernel: 5.4.0-050400-generic x86_64
bits: 64 gcc: 9.2.1
Desktop: Gnome 3.28.4 (Gtk 3.22.30-1ubuntu4)
Distro: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Machine: Device: laptop
There are couple of OEM images requires this fix and expected to be
released next week. Can we expect the linux-firmware including this fix
updated before May 15th, if possible?

I have exactly the same problem (same card). When wifi is activated,
after 3-5 mins of use Natty freezes and I have to shut off the computer.

I use 64 bits Lucid, so I can't use the Adobe Flash. And the Chinese
words still are broken into squares. However, after use the upgraded
flash-plugin nofree, it works. The Chinese words are fine.

Oh, I almost forget it. That's so sorry. This problem occurred after I
upgraded the Ubuntu from 8.04 to 9.04 and I had try to find the solution few
days. However, to work fine, I decided to reinstall the OS by the disk of
9.04 directly. It's work fine now. Thank your attention!

I am not working with any file, I am trying to create a new document file and
to edit some mathematic formulas.
I dont see the oomath in Main Manu. I have to open oowriter and run oomath from

I went to File/Export as PDF or pressed the button on Toolbar and I was
trying to export the file to my account in /home. I have enough disk
space for the file. I tried to print out from other applications too but
those applications do not show PDF printer.
I reinstalled the PDF printer, Open Office works fine, so do others
except Mathematica. Maybe I have to reinstall Mathematica.
