Using unity-2d for dual monitors.
When maximize button on the extended monitor is use, the title bar
disappear and there is no way to minimize or close the window.

headphone being plugged but no audio coming out. When headphone is
unplugged, sound settings detected the event showing speakers but audio
is muted. I have to slide the volume control to bring the audio back.

Add radeon.modeset=1 to your BootOptions to enable KMS (and DRI2) with
the ati/radeon driver.
For Grub2 on Ubuntu 9.10 and later:
