Honestly, I don't think it should. bootstrapping kolab is a one-time
action and should not be performed upon updates. We have thought about
this upstream for a while now and come to the conclusion that the
packages follow the upstream Kolab versions, which includes
kolab_bootstrap.sh.

Did you use the same server address as in the bootstrap script? What
errors do you see in the apache error.log when you try to access the
location? My guess is that ether you did not run kolab_bootstrap or
forgot the -b parameter, so the apache config file was not written and
this the DocumentRoot
Did you run with the script with superuser privileges?
