The issue is extremely similar to bug report #345166. When I try to mount a
remote directory with sshfs, I get the error fuse: device not found, try
'modprobe fuse' first. Since fuse is now part of the kernel, it cannot be
loaded, so sshfs doesn't work anymore.

I've re-run the update on a virtual machine to see what would go wrong.
I can say the update process did not go wrong "per se". It asked me what
files i wanted to replace, so i told it to replace all the .conf files.
It did, so of course i removed the line "UNCONFIGURED" in
dansguardian.con
I'm not totally familiar with the merging/updating process. Will snort
2.8.4.1 hit hardy updates/security repositories?

I've been informed that since the package is in ubuntu already, REVU is
not the right place to put the new package. Find attached the .diff.gz.

The issue is extremely similar to bug report #345166. When I try to mount a
remote directory with sshfs, I get the error fuse: device not found, try
'modprobe fuse' first. Since fuse is now part of the kernel, it cannot be
loaded, so sshfs doesn't work anymore.

I've re-run the update on a virtual machine to see what would go wrong.
I can say the update process did not go wrong "per se". It asked me what
files i wanted to replace, so i told it to replace all the .conf files.
It did, so of course i removed the line "UNCONFIGURED" in
dansguardian.con
I'm not totally familiar with the merging/updating process. Will snort
2.8.4.1 hit hardy updates/security repositories?
