Same problem here using a Sony Walkman NWZ A818. The device is recognized
correctly in mtp mode by the system and it works fine with Rhythmbox, but
simply doesn't appear in Banshee 2.2 from Ubuntu 11.10 (and previous versions
of course).

If I enable the twinview mode first, and subsequently I disable the primary
monitor, then the secondary monitor works perfectly with unity.
But otherwise, if I enable the secondary monitor, and disable the primary at
the same time, then display is

Just tried the new version 3.8.16 in a netbook samsung n510 (Intel Atom +
Nvidia ION LE), and it's perfect so far.

vdpau for hardware acceleration. Indeed typing vainfo in a console, it
