I got the same hardware,too and the same problems. After Update to edgy eft -X-Server crashes when using dual screen configuration starting either an X-session in xfce4 or OpenOffice. Turning of the second display solves the problem. -- Xorg Crashes every time on xorg dual-head configuration.
