Does it automatically shut down "properly" or is it just an immediate
shut down (It would look like you unplugged power cable type thing)? If
it is immediate and you have fold...@home or any overclocking tools then
you may want to look at your CPU temperature (This used to happen to
me).

It takes about 1 minute to shut down. You NEED to hit enter WITHOUT
prompt... For CD and USB... Try waiting for the CD to eject or if it
doesn't wait at least 3 minutes then hit "enter" or "return"...

Just to add on to my last comment the instructions say
"Wubi Desktop Install (Windows Side)

1. Switch on your machine log in to Windows
2. Insert the install cd
3. Wait for Ubutnu CD Menu (Umenu) to start
4. Click on Install inside Windows
5. Add a username, selec
Oh I thought it was because I according to the instructions it should be
there but wasn't...

It works fine for me. After your CD ejected did you try hitting enter? I
remember you had to on 9.10 and when I did here it worked fine...
