I still have the same issue which is frustrating... I am using XPS15, GeForce GTX 1650, kernel 5.3.0-7625-generic, Nvidia driver 440.44. My OS is Pop!_OS 19.10.
I think my Nvidia driver is already the latest version and mem_sleep is deep by itself. $ cat /sys/power/mem_sleep $ [s2idle] deep Is there any other approach to try to fix the problem?
