It's now working for me, was able to transfer songs to my jailbroken
iphone 3gs with 3.1.2 firmware.

so...didnt realize the multi touch "manipution mode" is different than
the love handles.
i attempted to activate the love handles with a 3-drag, and that didnt
work, ill see if its already been reported or not.
