I just downloaded and installed Ubuntu 10.10 on a brand new Dell Precision T3500 yesterday (2011-01-03) and I got this problem when I just tried to copy a DVD, so this bug is still not resolved. cdrdao is installed. I've attached the output from running it with brasero --brasero-burn- debug
